Pharma Optima is a pharmacist-led clinical pharmacy partner for GP practices and Primary Care Networks across England.

We provide and manage clinical pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, taking responsibility for the team and day-to-day service delivery within agreed systems and governance arrangements.

A registered pharmacist for over 20 years and a qualified independent prescriber, Michal brings extensive clinical and commercial experience to primary care.

He focuses on developing people and supporting quality and sustainable improvement in healthcare.

Ula Skwara

Director

Ula oversees our clinical pharmacy services and manages the pharmacy team. She has more than 20 years’ experience as a registered pharmacist and is a qualified independent prescriber.

Her focus is safe, efficient delivery that meets practice needs, with high standards in medicines optimisation and prescribing support.
